Stay the course and fight for what is right. Don't let some dirty pool or behind the scenes promises backdoor our chance to get what we deserve. It has happened before, don't let it happen again!

I say "NO!", to going back to negotiations. We have an opportunity with arbitration to make things right, and to let that slip away would be foolish. Why give up the advantage that the PBA has for table scraps. The offer that the Co., has made still will not address cost of living down the road or any of the other concerns. The PBA has fought to get a fair contract and the Co., has done nothing but stonewall. Now that it is going to arbitration the Co., wants us to give it up.

The Co., has not made a good faith attempt to resolve the contract and now that it appears that they may come up short, they are now trying to make a last ditch effort to get us to go for a contract with no real substance. Mr. Candido has apparently been making his rounds to the different sections of the PBA as well. It sounds like the Co., has been trying to backdoor the process before it starts.
