We are currently running a fund raising event, it has been two years since our last.  Law prevents solicitation directly from our members so a promoter must be employed.

The promoter who is calling now is Stage Door Music Productions, they are registered and are currently calling residents of Oneida County. 

The money that you donate and the dues we pay go toward several things, some include:

- Host a yearly golf tournament for a local charity. The last several have been for hospice.
- Purchase supplies for Bike Safety.
- Purchase supplies for the K-9 program who do interactions with school children.
- Donate supplies for DARE.
- Donate money to local youths for anything from Soap Box Derby cars to Summer Camp.

If you receive a questionable call please, pause and ask these questions.

#1 - Do you represent the Road Patrol at the Sheriff's Office?

#2 - You said you represent the Sheriff's Department but what is your company name? (Anything less  then Stage Door doesn't represent us)

#3 - Ask for a phone number of the Union to confirm.  They should provide you with a direct line to our office.
